  1. Booking and Confirmation

Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or any authorized communication channel. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. In certain cases, advance payment may be required to secure the booking.

  1. Pricing and Payments

All service charges are communicated before the commencement of work. Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, condition of the site, materials required, and the complexity of the project. Full or partial payment may be required before, during, or upon completion of the service, as mutually agreed. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges where applicable.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are requested to provide accurate information regarding the property, service requirements, and site conditions. Customers must ensure that our team has safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any valuable, fragile, or personal items should be secured before the service begins. Ezzy Home Services shall not be responsible for loss or damage to items that were not properly secured by the customer.

  1. Service Scheduling and Delays

While we strive to provide services at the scheduled time, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic conditions, weather circumstances, technical issues, emergencies, or factors beyond our reasonable control. In such situations, we will make every effort to inform customers and reschedule services as soon as possible.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of services by providing prior notice. Cancellation requests made at the last minute may result in the forfeiture of advance payments or cancellation charges, depending on the circumstances. Ezzy Home Services reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services when necessary due to operational or safety reasons.

  1. Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering high-quality services. If a customer is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, concerns should be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and take reasonable corrective measures where applicable. Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority.

  1. Interior and Renovation Works

For interior projects, renovation works, waterproofing, false ceiling installations, painting, tile fitting, and related services, timelines may vary depending on project size, material availability, weather conditions, and site readiness. Any changes requested by the customer during project execution may affect the project timeline and final cost.

  1. Warranty and Limitations

Warranty, if applicable, will be provided only for specific services and under stated conditions. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, negligence, natural wear and tear, structural defects, environmental factors, or work performed by third parties after project completion.

  1. Property Damage

Our team takes all reasonable precautions while performing services. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused directly by our staff, the matter must be reported immediately. Liability, if established, shall be limited to the reasonable repair or replacement cost of the affected area or item.

  1. Health and Safety

Customers are expected to maintain a safe environment for our staff during service delivery. Ezzy Home Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services in situations that may pose health, safety, legal, or operational risks.
